Follow twelve interconnected lives in Midnight, an Off-Broadway story of identity, empathy, and hope set to a genre-spanning score.

About this tour

Step into the American South with Midnight, a theatrical journey following twelve interconnected lives, six Black and six white. As love, loss, prejudice, and hope bring their stories together, the show asks what might change if you had been cast in someone else’s role.

A sweeping score moves between gospel, pop, R&B, rock, folk, opera, and contemporary musical theater, giving each story its own sound. Across 165 minutes, Midnight explores identity, empathy, love, and redemption through vivid storytelling and music. The performance is recommended for ages 12 and older; children under 5 are not permitted in the theater. Best available seats are assigned by the theater at purchase, and mobile tickets are provided.

Experience New York’s Midnight Off-Broadway show and discover the lives, choices, and connections at the heart of its story. Book your ticket and take your seat for an evening of music and theatrical storytelling.

How this score is calculated

This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.

How the score works
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
