Palm Springs Cacao Ceremony 2 hr

Find a quieter rhythm in Palm Springs with a two-hour cacao ceremony inspired by Mayan tradition. This guided experience offers space to turn inward, set an intention, and connect with yourself through ritual and mindful movement.

Begin with cacao, then move through breathwork and light yoga before settling into a deep sound bath. The sequence carries you from gentle movement toward stillness, creating time for reflection and personal connection. Bottled water is provided, and the experience is suitable for all physical fitness levels, though it is not recommended for pregnant travelers.

The ceremony takes place inside the artsy Perez Art District. Look for dreamcatchers in the window to find the meeting point. Make room in your Palm Springs plans for this restorative cacao ceremony and a chance to pause, breathe, and reflect.
