About this tour

Make the Eiffel Tower more than a landmark: turn it into a family story. On this private, 120-minute Paris Eiffel Tower family tour, a guide shares kid-focused commentary and simple, engaging stories that bring the monument’s history to life for curious children and their grown-ups.

Ride the elevator and visit the tower’s floors, including the summit when it is open. Along the way, pause for photos and take in views across Paris. The experience is designed for families, with an introduction tailored especially for kids. Infants and small children can come along in a pram or stroller, and children aged 0–2 are free when added to the booking.

Meet your guide outside the Franprix store at 11 Avenue de la Bourdonnais, and arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Summit access can be affected by weather or technical or security issues; if the top floor closes, the Eiffel Tower authorities may restrict visits to the second floor, with a partial refund. Choose this Paris Eiffel Tower family tour for a more engaging way to explore one of the city’s most famous sights together.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.50 from 2 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Paris
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.0.
