Ride a glass elevator to the Eiffel Tower summit on a small-group tour, with sweeping Paris views and a visit to Gustave Eiffel’s office.

About this tour

See Paris from above on a guided journey to the summit of its most recognizable landmark. This 2-hour Paris Eiffel Tower Summit Guided Tour welcomes a small group of up to six guests, giving you time to take in the tower’s architecture and hear about its cultural significance and engineering from an expert English-speaking guide.

Ride a glass elevator up the 276-meter tower, then explore the summit and its exhibitions, including a historical re-creation of Gustave Eiffel’s office with wax models. From the top, look out over the city’s rooftops and landmarks. Your ticket also allows free time at the Eiffel Tower after the guided portion, so you can linger over the views at your own pace.

Meet your guide in front of Paris Mon Amour Gourmet on Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Please note that Eiffel Tower regulations prevent guests using wheelchairs or other mobility aids from accessing the summit, so they cannot join this experience. How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.96 from 138 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Paris
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 8.8. Top 5% in Paris means it ranks in the top 5% of tours in Paris by this score.
