Discover Étretat’s chalk cliffs and Honfleur’s medieval harbor on a private Normandy day trip from Paris, with flexible pickup.

About this tour

Leave Paris behind for a private full-day journey to two of Normandy’s most memorable coastal towns. Étretat’s towering chalk cliffs and natural arch rise above the English Channel, a landscape that inspired artists including Monet and writers such as Maupassant. In Honfleur, discover a medieval harbor whose waterfront helped shape the Impressionist movement.

Your group travels in a private vehicle, with flexible pickup from a Paris hotel, train station, cruise terminal, or airport. Chilled water is provided throughout the day, and you can choose a multilingual guide to bring the region’s stories to life. With logistics arranged for you, there’s more time to take in the sea views and explore each destination at your own pace.

See the coast and harbor that have captivated generations on a Paris Étretat and Honfleur private tour. Choose the guided option if you’d like added context along the way.

How this score is calculated

This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.

How the score works
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
