Explore Mont Saint-Michel’s medieval abbey and Honfleur’s historic harbor on a private journey through Normandy from Paris.

About this tour

Leave Paris behind for a journey through Normandy, where a medieval island and a picturesque harbor town offer two distinct glimpses of French history and culture. This private trip visits Mont Saint-Michel and Honfleur, with private transportation, Wi-Fi, bottled water, and an air-conditioned vehicle for the ride.

Explore Mont Saint-Michel, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed island crowned by an iconic Gothic abbey. A knowledgeable guide shares the site’s history and legends as you take in its striking medieval setting. Then continue to Honfleur, known for its historic harbor and artistic heritage. Travel time to and from the attractions takes up the remaining time, so enjoy the changing Normandy scenery along the way.

Choose a guided or unguided option; with the unguided option, your driver accompanies you, provides tickets, and keeps track of departure times. Discover the contrasts of Normandy on a private Paris Mont Saint-Michel and Honfleur trip.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.33 from 6 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Paris
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.8.
