Explore Versailles and the Louvre on a private Paris day tour with expert guides, hotel pickup, and transport by private vehicle.

About this tour

Spend a full day discovering two of France’s most celebrated landmarks on a private tour from Paris. With hotel pickup and a private vehicle, travel comfortably to the Palace of Versailles and the Louvre Museum, accompanied by a licensed guide and professional art historian guide.

Explore the palace and its remarkable interiors, then visit the Louvre’s renowned collections. When the season allows, enjoy the gardens at Versailles and the fountain show. A private tour offers a more personal way to experience these iconic sights than a large group bus tour, with convenient transportation between stops and hotel drop-off at the end of the day.

See the Palace of Versailles and the Louvre in one memorable outing. Book your Paris private day tour and make the most of your time in the city.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.70 from 10 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Paris
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.9.
