Taste four regional wines at LXV Winery in downtown Paso Robles, with an optional spice pairing and local sheep’s milk cheese.

About this tour

Explore the character of Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County through a guided tasting at LXV Winery’s downtown tasting room. This 90-minute experience brings small-lot wines into focus, with four 2-ounce pours hosted by a live guide in English.

For an extra layer of flavor, choose an optional spice pairing: proprietary blends served with local sheep’s milk cheese and matched to your selected wines. Settle in indoors or enjoy the outdoor patio as you taste and compare each pour. The tasting fee is waived with the purchase of three bottles.

Paso Robles Wine and Spice Tasting offers an inviting way to discover regional wines at your own pace. Meet directly at the tasting room, then savor a thoughtful pairing in the heart of downtown. Book your Paso Robles Wine and Spice Tasting and raise a glass to the region’s distinctive flavors.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 3.33 from 3 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Paso Robles
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.9.
