About this tour
Turn Providence into a playful puzzle trail with this self-guided outdoor escape game. In Providence, the interactive audio quest sends your team on a mission to rescue Uncle Marv’s baby monsters and defeat Jesss, with goofy villains, professional voice acting, and challenges delivered through your phone or car speakers.
Choose a walking or driving map, then follow the live GPS map to stops near places such as the Providence Visitor Information Center, Providence Public Library, Roger Williams Park Casino, or the Museum of Natural History and Planetarium. Use clues in your surroundings to answer questions, arm monster traps, and build your Recruit Score. Optional turn-by-turn directions help you navigate, and you can pause whenever you need a break. The experience takes about 150 minutes and suits all physical fitness levels; the story is recommended for families with children ages 7 and up.
Bring a charged smartphone and your own headphones or earbuds for the walking route. Transportation between locations is not provided. Pick your map, press play, and discover Providence through a lively team adventure.

How this score is calculated
This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.
How the score works
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
