About this tour

Trade Rome’s busy streets for a day among Florence’s Renaissance landmarks. This 12-hour Rome Florence day trip begins with staff assistance at Termini Station, then takes you north by high-speed train. On arrival, enjoy free time to explore and join a city walking tour with an English-speaking guide. Your Accademia Gallery ticket lets you skip the line to see its celebrated collection, while a Florence city audioguide app offers another way to discover the city at your own pace. The day trip is self-guided outside the included walking tour, so there is no tour leader accompanying you throughout the journey. Meals, public transportation, and assistance during the trip are not included. Meet Touristation staff in red T-shirts at the Italo Lounge Club on the first floor of Termini Station, opposite Borri Books. How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 3.60 from 5 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Rome
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.8.
