Ride through Rome on a private golf cart tour, then explore the Colosseum with an audio guide and entrance ticket.

About this tour

See Rome from two perspectives: glide through its streets on a private golf cart, then step into the Colosseum with an audio guide and entrance ticket. This 4-hour experience pairs a 2-hour ride with time to explore one of the city’s most storied landmarks.

Meet near the Colosseum at Caffè Oppio Bar and set off with a driver who speaks English, Italian, Spanish, or French. The sightseeing route may take you past Piazza Venezia, Circus Maximus, and Aventine Hill, with stops including the Mouth of Truth. You can also admire the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Campo de’ Fiori. At the Colosseum, use the audio guide to discover the history of the arena at your own pace.

The private ride offers a comfortable way to cover Rome’s highlights, while the self-guided Colosseum visit lets you explore independently. Bring a valid ID for each participant and arrive early for your meeting time. Book this Rome golf cart tour and Colosseum audio guide to combine city views with an unforgettable ancient landmark.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 5 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Rome
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.4. Top 28% in Rome means it ranks in the top 28% of tours in Rome by this score.
