See Rome’s illuminated landmarks on a private electric golf cart tour, with a customizable route and central hotel pickup when available.
About this tour
As evening settles over the Eternal City, Rome’s ancient streets and grand landmarks take on a softer glow. This private Rome Golf Cart Tour at Twilight lets you explore the city’s nighttime atmosphere from the comfort of an electric cart, with a local English-speaking driver and a route you can customize.
Wind through historic lanes and charming courtyards, passing celebrated sights such as the Colosseum, St. Peter’s Basilica, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and Castel Sant’Angelo. Depending on your route, you may also take in views from Pincio, Janiculum, or Capitoline Hill. The cart can access restricted traffic zones normally closed to regular vehicles, making it easier to move between central sights while the city comes alive after dark.
The 150-minute private ride includes hotel pickup and drop-off when your accommodation is in central Rome. Admission tickets are not included, and children must be at least 6 years old. Choose this Rome Golf Cart Tour at Twilight for an easygoing way to see the city illuminated and shape the outing around your interests.

How this score is calculated
This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.82 from 33 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.
How the score works and rating distribution in Rome
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.1. Top 48% in Rome means it ranks in the top 48% of tours in Rome by this score.
