Explore Rome’s landmarks and hidden corners by golf cart with a local guide, live commentary, and relaxed photo stops.

About this tour

See Rome’s celebrated landmarks and tucked-away corners without the long walks. This 180-minute Rome Golf Cart Tour pairs a local driver-guide with a comfortable ride, bringing the city’s history and street life into view as you travel through its historic center.

Admire the Colosseum, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain, and discover hidden gems along the way. The small-group format keeps the experience personal, with a relaxed pace and flexible stops for photos and questions. Live commentary adds context as you explore, while the golf cart makes it easy to cover more ground than a walking tour. Entry tickets are not included; the focus is on guided exploration and photo stops.

Meet your guide above the Colosseum metro station, near the taxi stand and Caffè La Biga, and look for the green golf cart. Choose this Rome Golf Cart Tour for a comfortable, engaging way to take in the city’s icons and lesser-known sights.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.90 from 29 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Rome
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.6. Top 22% in Rome means it ranks in the top 22% of tours in Rome by this score.
