About this tour
See Rome’s celebrated landmarks without the long walks on a relaxed golf cart tour through the city. With a local guide at the wheel, Rome Highlights Golf Cart Tour brings ancient history and lively piazzas into view while you travel comfortably along side streets.
Begin near Circus Maximus, then pass the Mouth of Truth and the Altar of the Fatherland in Piazza Venezia. Continue through the historic center to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, then take in Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon. The route ends with an exterior stop at the Colosseum. Along the way, pause at a selected artisanal gelato shop to savor traditional Italian ice cream. Your guide shares stories and curiosities throughout the ride, adding context to the landmarks as they unfold.
This 150-minute Rome Highlights Golf Cart Tour offers an easygoing way to cover a lot of ground, with outside visits rather than ticketed entries. Meet your guide near Circus Maximus and enjoy a fresh perspective on the Eternal City.

How this score is calculated
This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.
How the score works
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
