About this tour
See the Eternal City glow after dark on a private Rome Night Tour with panoramic views. With a local driver-guide born and raised in Rome, travel comfortably by Mercedes van as illuminated landmarks and quieter corners reveal a different side of the city.
The 180-minute experience is designed for up to 7 guests, including couples, families, and first-time visitors looking for an easygoing overview. Pass iconic sights such as the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps, with relaxed photo stops and stories from your guide along the way. Panoramic viewpoints add sweeping city scenes to the evening, while private transportation helps you take in more without rushing between highlights.
The tour concludes at a traditional Roman restaurant near Vatican City. The restaurant stop is part of the itinerary, but food and drinks are paid for separately. Choose this Rome Night Tour for a comfortable introduction to the city’s after-dark atmosphere, and bring your camera for the views.

How this score is calculated
This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.56 from 16 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.
How the score works and rating distribution in Rome
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.6.
