Explore Rome’s landmarks by private electric golf cart, with photo stops and a sweet gelato break at historic Gelateria Fassi.

About this tour

See Rome at a relaxed pace on a private electric golf cart tour, with a driver and plenty of opportunities to stop for photos. Over three hours, pass the Imperial Forums and Colosseum, then continue by the Circus Maximus, the Orange Garden, Bocca della Verità, Teatro di Marcello, and Piazza Venezia. The route also takes in Campo de' Fiori, the Pantheon, and the striking Trevi Fountain.

A golf cart can reach narrow streets that buses cannot, bringing you closer to the city’s landmarks while helping you avoid long walks and traffic stress. The ride involves only occasional steps to board or leave the cart and reach some panoramic viewpoints. Along the way, take a sweet break at historic Gelateria Fassi, one of Rome’s oldest gelato spots.

With private transportation, a relaxed pace, and time to take in the views, this Rome private golf cart tour offers an easygoing way to explore the Eternal City. Meet in front of NIVIS café and discover Rome from a fresh perspective.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.99 from 137 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Rome
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 9.1. Top 3% in Rome means it ranks in the top 3% of tours in Rome by this score.
