Rome Shore Excursion 9 hr

Make the most of your time ashore with a private Rome shore excursion from Civitavecchia. Meet your English-speaking professional driver at the pier in front of your ship at 8:00 AM, then travel by air-conditioned Mercedes-Benz to explore the city’s celebrated landmarks at your own pace. See ancient sites such as the Circus Maximus and Roman Forum, take in the Pantheon, and stop at the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The route also includes views of St. Peter’s Basilica and St. Paul Outside the Walls. Your driver returns you to the port at approximately 5:00 PM. This is a driver-only experience, not a guided walking tour, and admission tickets are not included. Visits inside the Vatican Museums and Colosseum are not part of the tour. The order of stops may change to accommodate traffic conditions. With private transportation and bottled water provided, this Rome shore excursion offers a convenient way to see major sights during your port call. Book your Rome tour and spend the day discovering the city’s iconic places.
