Watch sunrise over Rome, glide through quiet streets by golf cart, and enjoy a cornetto and cappuccino at a local café.
About this tour
See Rome in the soft light of morning, before busy streets and crowded piazzas take over. On this Rome Sunrise Golf Cart Tour, a licensed local guide drives you through the city’s quieter lanes as the first light catches its domes and rooftops. The 180-minute ride offers a relaxed way to take in landmark views and hear stories along the way.
Begin at a scenic sunrise viewpoint, then head to Trastevere for a traditional Italian breakfast at a local café, with a warm cornetto and cappuccino. Continue to the Trevi Fountain while it is still quiet, visit the Spanish Steps, explore Piazza Navona, and stop outside the Pantheon to learn about its 2,000-year-old dome. The monuments are viewed from outside, so you can enjoy their settings without scheduled entry visits. Central Rome hotel pickup and drop-off are included.
With a live English-speaking guide, a mobile ticket, and free cancellation, this Rome Sunrise Golf Cart Tour makes an easygoing start to a day of exploring. Bring your camera and catch the city at its most peaceful.

How this score is calculated
This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 6 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.
How the score works and rating distribution in Rome
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.4. Top 26% in Rome means it ranks in the top 26% of tours in Rome by this score.
