Vatican Kids Tour Sistine Chapel 3 hr

Make the Vatican’s great art engaging for the whole family on a private, three-hour Vatican kids tour. With a local art historian guide and guaranteed skip-the-line access, you can spend less time waiting and more time exploring together.

Discover the Vatican Museums’ remarkable collections, including Raphael’s Rooms and the Gallery of Maps, then admire Michelangelo’s frescoes in the Sistine Chapel when access allows. The tour is tailored for children ages 5 and older, with an interactive approach designed to keep young visitors interested. Meet your guide at the Vatican Museums entrance, below the white gate topped by statues of Michelangelo and Raphael; look for a sign with your name.

Vatican sites can close at short notice because of events or Jubilee arrangements. If the Sistine Chapel or St. Peter’s Basilica is unavailable, your guide will offer an alternative focused on the museums. If the basilica is inaccessible during the tour, you can try to visit afterward by joining the queue. Dress with shoulders and knees covered, then set out to experience the Vatican together on this family-friendly Vatican kids tour.
