Pilot your own Craigcat on a guided Anna Maria Island boat tour, with bottled water and free photos included.
About this tour
Take the helm on an Anna Maria Island Craigcat Tour and follow your guide across the water in your own two-person boat. Since 2018, Gulf Islands Adventures has led visitors on guided Craigcat outings around the island, pairing the freedom of driving with the reassurance of a guide nearby.
Arrive at the boats beside the boat ramp and check in 30 minutes before departure; parking is available right in front. After setting out, pilot your Craigcat as you follow the guide and enjoy the open-water ride. Bottled water and free tour photos are included, so you can stay refreshed and keep a memento of the experience.
A two-person minimum applies, and weight limits are in place for each traveler and the combined group. This tour is not recommended for guests who are pregnant or have spinal or neck problems, or poor cardiovascular health. Choose an Anna Maria Island Craigcat Tour for an active way to experience the water, and get ready to take the wheel.

How this score is calculated
This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 72 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.
How the score works and rating distribution in Sarasota
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 8.9. Top 9% in Sarasota means it ranks in the top 9% of tours in Sarasota by this score.
