Rise smoothly above the water on a 12–14 minute Sarasota parasailing flight, with room to share the ride with up to two companions.

About this tour

Lift above the water and watch the view open up around you on a smooth parasailing flight in Sarasota. This experience uses a purpose-built vessel and a winch system designed to reel out the towline steadily, creating a controlled ascent.

Your excursion lasts about 60 minutes, with approximately 12–14 minutes in the air. You can ride with up to two friends or family members, sharing the flight from a seated position as the boat draws away and you rise above the water. The vessel can take up to 12 people on the excursion, so others can join the outing from the boat. An English-speaking guide is included.

Arrive at least 10 minutes before departure; a staff member will contact you beforehand, and the boat will be waiting at the dock. Book your Sarasota parasailing experience for a fresh perspective over the water and a memorable flight to share.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.64 from 11 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Sarasota
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.8.
