Mix, roll, and shape sourdough pasta in Scottsdale, then cook it with homemade sauce and enjoy a shared meal.
About this tour
Make pasta from scratch in a welcoming Scottsdale workshop where sourdough brings extra character to every bite. This hands-on Scottsdale sourdough pasta workshop takes you from flour to a shared meal, with guidance at each step.
Start with a welcome drink and a taste of sourdough baking, then meet the host’s 19-year-old starter, the base for the pasta dough. Mix flour, eggs, and starter, learning how the dough should feel before it rests. Next, roll and shape your pasta by hand. The workshop continues at the stove, where fresh pasta is cooked and paired with homemade sauce, then served for everyone to enjoy together.
Along the way, ask questions and pick up sourdough tips to try at home. The 150-minute experience welcomes groups of up to 10 and offers a relaxed way to learn, cook, and connect over a meal. Book your Scottsdale sourdough pasta workshop and enjoy the satisfaction of making dinner from scratch.

How this score is calculated
This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.
How the score works
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
