Cruise the French Broad River on a guided Smokies jet boat tour, with cave views, mountain scenery, and chances to spot local wildlife.

About this tour

See the Smokies from the water on a guided jet boat ride along the French Broad River. The Island Pointe Tour pairs mountain scenery with a close-up look at a striking riverside cave, creating a memorable outing for wildlife watchers and anyone who enjoys a little adventure.

Cruise past the shoreline of Seven Islands State Park as your captain shares stories about the river, its history, and its hidden features. The boat approaches the cave for a closer view and photo opportunity. Keep watch for bald eagles, osprey, turtles, and deer that may appear along the banks. Life jackets and headsets are provided, and the live guide speaks English. Each jet boat accommodates up to 12 passengers, not including the captain; two 6-seat boats are available.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. GetYourGuide rates it 5.00 from 3 reviews. We place that rating among all GetYourGuide ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Sevierville
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.3.
