Fly to a heated yurt beside Bear Glacier Lagoon for an overnight escape with iceberg views, kayaking, and catered meals.
About this tour
Trade the everyday for a quiet night beside the ice. This 24-hour Bear Glacier glamping stay begins with a helicopter flight to a private heated yurt at the edge of Bear Glacier Lagoon, where icebergs and Alaska’s wild landscape set the scene for a restful escape.
Each of the two yurts accommodates two guests and features a queen-size bed. On-site staff provide a charcuterie board appetizer, catered dinner, and breakfast, along with bottled water, coffee, tea, and juice. Spend your time kayaking, playing board or outdoor games, or gathering around the fire pit. Guided hikes and an evening campfire with s’mores are also described as part of the stay. Private transportation and all fees and taxes are included, so you can focus on the scenery and the slower pace.
Bring a small overnight bag, let the office know about dietary needs ahead of time, and prepare for a memorable night in the Alaskan outdoors. Book your Bear Glacier glamping stay for a close-up view of the lagoon and a genuine change of pace.

How this score is calculated
This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 1 review. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.
How the score works and rating distribution in Seward
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.1.
