Pilot a nimble inflatable kayak downriver on a 4-hour rental, with a paddle, helmet, and personal flotation device provided.

About this tour

Take to the river in an inflatable kayak, also called a duckie, and enjoy a nimble alternative to a hardshell kayak or stand-up paddleboard. This 4-hour rental gives you time to pilot a forgiving, maneuverable craft downriver at your own pace.

Your rental includes the inflatable kayak, an adjustable paddle, a personal flotation device, and a helmet. Plan your shuttle before setting out: the kayak can be difficult to carry by yourself, and personal vehicle shuttles and equipment transportation to or from the launch site are not included. Tie-down straps are also not provided.

The rental operates in all weather, so dress for the conditions. A moderate level of fitness is recommended, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Choose an inflatable kayak rental for a flexible way to experience the river, with essential paddling and safety gear provided.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 3 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Buena Vista
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.3.
