Charleston Paranormal Experience With Active Ghost Hunting

Step inside a historic Charleston church and explore its shadowy rooms on an active paranormal investigation. Dating to the mid-1850s, the building has served as a church, a Confederate medical storehouse, a site seized by federal forces, and a manuscript and document museum. It is now closed to the general public, making this gathering a rare chance to see its historic architecture up close.

This is more than a storytelling tour. Your group can use a range of paranormal detection devices supplied for the investigation, or bring your own equipment. As you explore, take in the building’s layered past and eerie atmosphere while keeping an open mind about what you might encounter. Cold water is provided, and the experience lasts 120 minutes.

Meet on the left side of Saint James Methodist Church/Karpeles Manuscript Museum, near the small parking lot. Join this Charleston paranormal experience for a hands-on ghost hunt in a place few visitors get to enter.
