Explore Savannah’s historic streets by open-air minibus, hear local stories, and get insider tips from guides who know the city.

About this tour

See Savannah from a smaller, open-air minibus and hear the stories that bring its streets to life. This 75-minute Savannah historical minibus tour pairs local history and legends with the personal feel of a small-group outing.

Your guide shares stories, hidden history, and local recommendations as the vehicle navigates streets that larger trolleys may find harder to access. Ask questions, pick up tips for the rest of your visit, and get suggestions for restaurants and local favorites. Complimentary parking makes it easier to start your tour without searching for a downtown spot. The experience also offers hop-on, hop-off access, and service animals are allowed.

Meet at the grass parking lot rather than the paved lot, and avoid stopping in front of Ganems parking lot. Parking is free, but please move your vehicle after the tour so another guest can use the space. The vehicle may change based on weather or safety conditions. Choose this Savannah historical minibus tour for a relaxed introduction to the city, guided by people who know it well.

How this score is calculated

This tour scores 4.52 on Viator and 4.76 on GetYourGuide. Ratings on these sites cluster near the top of the 5-star scale, so we compare each one with all other ratings on the same site before combining them.

How the score works and rating distribution in Charlotte
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.9.
