Link breath with movement in a welcoming 60-minute Flow Yoga class, with modifications for different experience levels.

About this tour

Find your rhythm in a 60-minute Flow Yoga class at IVY Integrative. Often called Vinyasa, this practice links breath with movement, guiding you through a continuous sequence of yoga postures.

Move at a dynamic yet accessible pace as you build heat, release tension, and work on strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Modifications are offered throughout, making the class suitable for different experience levels. Yoga mats and props are available as needed, and the small-group setting creates a supportive space to focus on your practice.

Public transportation options are available nearby. Look for the IVY Integrative board when you arrive. Book your Flow Yoga class and make time to leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and refreshed.

How this score is calculated

This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.

How the score works
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
