Cruise Clearwater’s islands on a private four-hour boat trip with dolphin watching, swimming stops, and time to unwind on the water.

About this tour

Trade the shore for open water on a Clearwater Island and Dolphin Boat Tour, a private four-hour escape aboard Salt Therapy. With a local captain at the helm, cruise calm Gulf waters and discover the sandbars and barrier-island beaches that make this stretch of Florida a favorite place to unwind.

The pace is yours to set. Look for dolphins, stop to swim or snorkel, or anchor for a floating picnic. Your charter includes a cooler with ice and bottled water, plus a Bluetooth sound system for your own playlist. Bring beer, wine, or canned drinks if you’d like, and listen as your U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain shares local stories and favorite spots. The boat accommodates up to six guests, so you can enjoy the day with your own group.

Meet Captain Chris near the Belleair dock gate, then settle into island time. Choose the Clearwater Island and Dolphin Boat Tour for a relaxed day on the water, with room to explore, swim, and simply enjoy the view.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 2 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Clearwater
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.2.
