Paddle the Snake River in a small raft, feel the whitewater from every seat, and enjoy a 210-minute Jackson Hole adventure.

About this tour

Take on the Snake River in a small raft built for a lively whitewater ride. This Jackson Hole whitewater rafting adventure puts you close to the action, with bigger whitewater and splashes from every seat.

Meet at Mad River 30 minutes before your scheduled departure, then ride transportation to and from the river. On the water, paddle from one of six active positions or settle into one of two non-paddling spots. A professional river guide leads the trip, and a Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device is provided. The full experience lasts 210 minutes.

Expect to get wet, whatever your seat. Wear shoes that stay securely on your feet, plus synthetic layers that dry quickly. Bring a towel, dry clothes, and a sweatshirt for the return bus; wetsuits and other gear are available to rent, and splash gear is complimentary. Children must weigh at least 50 pounds, and moderate fitness is recommended. Book your Jackson Hole whitewater rafting adventure for a spirited day on the Snake River.

How the score works and rating distribution in Jackson Hole
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
