Cruise Biscayne Bay by open-air catamaran, passing Miami’s skyline, Venetian Islands, and Port of Miami between Miami and Miami Beach.

About this tour

See Miami from the water on a Biscayne Bay cruise aboard an open-air catamaran. This Miami Biscayne Bay Water Taxi Cruise connects Miami and Miami Beach while bringing the city’s skyline and waterfront landmarks into view.

Cruise past Star, Fisher, Palm, Hibiscus, and Venetian Islands, then take in the Port of Miami, downtown Miami, and Brickell’s financial district. The route also passes the Miami River and Bayfront Park before returning to Bayside Marketplace. Stops in Miami Beach and at Bayside Marketplace let you exit or depart the water taxi, making the ride a scenic way to travel between the two areas.

Along the way, look for the waterfront homes of the Venetian Islands and the city’s busy harbor. Participating restaurants offer discounts and may provide welcome drinks or food; check the provider’s website for current offers. Choose this Miami Biscayne Bay Water Taxi Cruise for skyline views, island scenery, and an easy ride across the bay.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. GetYourGuide rates it 2.33 from 3 reviews. We place that rating among all GetYourGuide ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Miami
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.9.
