Soar above Ocean City’s Atlantic shoreline on a parasailing trip with 8–10 minutes of flight time and sweeping ocean views.

About this tour

Rise above Ocean City’s Atlantic shoreline on an ocean parasailing adventure with Sea Rocket. From the downtown departure point, cruise out to the parasailing grounds and take in sweeping views from high above the water.

The crew flies the full 800 feet of line allowed by federal regulations, reaching the highest legal altitude for parasailing. Your 60-minute experience includes preparation and the other guests’ flights, with each traveler spending 8–10 minutes in the air. All equipment is provided, and guests ages 5 and older can fly or ride along on the boat. The downtown location means a shorter cruise to the flight area, and free onsite parking is available.

Arrive 30 minutes before departure to check in at the ticket booth on the left at the end of Dorchester Street dock. Boats leave on schedule, so plan ahead and complete your waiver upon arrival. Book your Ocean City ocean parasailing adventure for a fresh perspective on the coast.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. GetYourGuide rates it 4.35 from 32 reviews. We place that rating among all GetYourGuide ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Ocean City
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.1.
