Climb the Eiffel Tower with a guide, then ride the elevator to the Summit for sweeping views across Paris.

About this tour

Climb above the Paris streets on a guided Eiffel Tower visit that pairs the stairway with an elevator ride to the Summit. This 90-minute experience brings you close to the tower’s structure before opening up sweeping views across the city.

Meet your English-speaking guide at Entrance 2, the South Pillar, and follow the stairs to the 1st and 2nd floors. From there, ride the elevator to the Summit, where you can admire Paris from above. Your ticket provides access to the 2nd floor and Summit, though Summit access depends on availability and operational conditions; weather or operations may lead to closure.

With a guide to lead the climb and the elevator carrying you to the top, this Eiffel Tower Summit Tour offers a memorable way to see the landmark from within and take in its panoramic city views. Arrive 15 minutes early, then get ready to discover Paris from a new perspective.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 3.08 from 24 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Paris
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 5.8.
