Ride the Vittoriano’s glass elevator to 360° views of Rome, with access to the monument, terrace, and nearby Palazzo Venezia sites.
About this tour
See Rome from above on a visit to the Vittoriano Panoramic Terrace, where a glass elevator carries you to sweeping 360° views over the city. From the rooftop, spot landmarks including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Castel Sant’Angelo, and St. Peter’s Basilica.
Explore the Vittoriano monument at your own pace, with access to the Upper Portico, the Central Museum of the Risorgimento, temporary exhibitions, and sites at Palazzo Venezia, including its grand garden. Priority access takes you to the terrace by elevator, and an audio guide offers commentary at the viewpoint. The guide does not cover the other museums, so bring personal headphones for listening.
Your ticket allows one visit to each included site and remains valid for seven days from your selected visit date. Meet the coordinator at Piazza d’Aracoeli, in front of the monument, by the Golden Ticket flag; the team will contact you to confirm your preferred visit time. Choose this Rome Vittoriano Panoramic Terrace experience for a memorable perspective on the city’s history and skyline.

How this score is calculated
This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.77 from 13 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.
How the score works and rating distribution in Rome
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.0.
