Float above Temecula on a shared hot air balloon ride, with breakfast, bubbly, souvenir photos, and wine tasting tickets included.

About this tour

See Temecula from a fresh perspective on a shared hot air balloon ride led by an experienced pilot. The flight offers a peaceful way to take in the area from above, with an educational and entertaining experience along the way.

Your basket configuration depends on the number of guests, party sizes, and passenger weights. The operator uses balloons in several sizes, with basket layouts ranging from open baskets to baskets divided into two or four compartments. Each compartment provides the same space per person, and the largest accommodates up to seven guests. The equipment includes basket doors for easier access.

After your flight, enjoy champagne or mimosas, bottled water, and individually wrapped continental breakfast items. You’ll also receive souvenir photos, a commemorative flight certificate, and two-for-one tasting tickets for six local Temecula wineries. Meet at the Meadows Village shopping center parking lot and check in by the balloon-trailer vans. Book your Temecula hot air balloon ride for a memorable morning above wine country.

How this score is calculated

This tour scores 4.46 on Viator and 4.11 on GetYourGuide. Ratings on these sites cluster near the top of the 5-star scale, so we compare each one with all other ratings on the same site before combining them.

How the score works and rating distribution in Temecula
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 4.6.
