Then spread, layer, tuck, and roll fresh ingredients into three different creations featuring salmon, tuna, and avocado. Equipment and ingredients are provided, and the techniques use ingredients that are easy to find at local markets, so you can try making sushi again at home. The 120-minute class takes place inside Other Half Brewing. Arrive 15 minutes early to check in; participants must be 21 or older.
