About this tour

See Daytona Beach shift from sunset glow to city lights on a guided cruise along the Halifax River. From the water, the shoreline opens into a changing panorama of sky, river, and downtown landmarks.

Board at Halifax Marina and settle in for a 1.5-hour outing. The sunset portion lasts about 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the time of year. Keep watch for dolphins as your guide shares insights into their behavior and habitats, informed by collaboration with the Hubbs Research Institute. As evening falls, admire downtown Daytona Beach illuminated after dark and look for landmarks such as the Slingshot and Marina Grand.

This relaxed, family-friendly trip pairs wildlife watching with a fresh view of the city. Departure times vary with sunset and availability, and a minimum number of guests is required for the cruise to run. Meet at 450 Basin St and dress for the weather. How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. GetYourGuide rates it 4.04 from 3 reviews. We place that rating among all GetYourGuide ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Daytona Beach
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.9.
