Take a private 30-minute flight over Maui, with panoramic views, live commentary, and a custom route for your group of up to five.

About this tour

See Maui from a fresh perspective on a private air tour, with panoramic views of the island’s tropical scenery from the sky. The 30-minute flight offers a window seat for every passenger and live commentary to help bring the sights into focus.

Your group can choose a custom route, though the itinerary depends on your selection and is not guaranteed. Headsets make it easier to hear the guide, while the private cabin accommodates up to five people. The experience requires full mobility, and the provider asks you to submit each passenger’s weight in pounds before the flight. Routes and duration are approximate, and flights depend on aircraft and schedule availability. If your selected date or time is unavailable, the provider will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Arrive at your booked time; no early check-in is needed. Book your Maui private air tour and take in the island from above.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.89 from 56 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Maui
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.7. Top 34% in Maui means it ranks in the top 34% of tours in Maui by this score.
