Cruise across Ocean City’s bay at dusk, spot wildlife, and watch the sunset before the city lights begin to glow along the shore.

About this tour

As the evening quiets the bay, Ocean City Sunset Cruise offers a peaceful way to watch the shoreline shift from daylight to dusk. Settle in, breathe the salty air, and enjoy an easygoing ride across the water.

The Bay Hopper glides through the bay with views of local wildlife and Ocean City’s lights beginning to sparkle along the shore. Bring a favorite beverage or snacks to enjoy as the sun sinks toward the water. After sunset, the captain pilots the boat back to the pier, leaving you refreshed and ready to continue your evening. The cruise lasts 60 minutes and includes a live guide in English.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 6 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Ocean City
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.4. Top 35% in Ocean City means it ranks in the top 35% of tours in Ocean City by this score.
