Cruise Ocean City’s coastline aboard the Sea Rocket, with a chance to spot dolphins on this 45-minute early bird speedboat ride.

About this tour

See Ocean City from the water on a 45-minute speedboat cruise aboard the Sea Rocket, a local coastline fixture since the 1980s. The early bird departure offers a lower-priced way to get out on the water and watch for dolphins with family or friends.

Every ticket holder has a seat aboard the vessel. Before departure, check in at the ticket booth on the left at the end of Dorchester Street, then continue down the dock to the preboarding area. Look for the blue signs and flags. Plan to arrive 25 minutes early: the boat leaves exactly at its scheduled time and cannot wait for late arrivals.

Make the most of your time by the shore with an Ocean City speed boat and dolphin cruise. Book your preferred departure and enjoy a fresh perspective on the Maryland coastline.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. GetYourGuide rates it 4.43 from 119 reviews. We place that rating among all GetYourGuide ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Ocean City

Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 5.4.
