About this tour

Arriving at Reagan Washington National Airport can put you close to the city, but finding a ride with bags in hand can still slow you down. Book a Washington private airport transfer in advance for a direct, one-way trip to downtown Washington, Alexandria, or Arlington.

Your private ride includes non-airport fees, taxes, and fuel surcharges. Transfer times are approximate and vary with traffic and time of day. Each traveler may bring one suitcase and one small carry-on; check with the operator before traveling with oversized or extra luggage. For international arrivals, one hour of waiting time is included, with additional waiting time charged. Wheelchair assistance can be requested when booking, though wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in sedans. Child seats are not provided, and children 8 and under require them by law.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 3.65 from 80 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Washington DC
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 4.5.
